Behind The Blog

Family 

I want to start by saying thank you to everyone for wanting to be apart of this family blog! It means a lot that you care enough about us to support us and/or care enough about your health to pursue this. The purpose of this blog is to create and motivate healthy habits in our life's not only for ourselves but for our loved ones as well. We all have things we can always work on or change no one is perfect but by putting our ideas and minds together we can help each other. This is a safe positive blog for our family's use so we can motivate, share, and encourage each other to create the healthy lifestyle we all strive for. Whether your goal may be to lose weight, quit tobacco, drink less, ideas for great tasting healthy meals, gain weight, be more positive, or workout more what ever the goal we will be here to support and encourage you. I have learned the hard way success in anything is never achieved solo, I need all your support to be successful and I will give you all of my support.

  1. I can't even begin to tell you all how happy this makes me!! I cried as I read Patrick's intro. A week before Patrick and Kyle decided to do this I had one of my fantasy moments in thinking 'if I could have anything in life, what would it be?' I didn't even hesitate in my thought process! As those of you who are parents (and even aunts and uncles because I've seen the love you share for those little nuggets) will understand that my wish would be to see my children be healthy in all ways which in turn will set you up for the greatest of happiness! I can attest to this! And I am so looking forward to this journey that sometimes seems long and unbearable but if I know one thing, you come from me and can have that same determination to press forward to success like I am finally doing! This blog will certainly help. Wish I'd had it and glad I do now!

  2. One more thing...Patrick I know it was a rough day for you today but stay busy and keep doing what you did today, treat the symptoms. I've never been a smoker but I would say that was the right move with the headaches. Love you all

  4. I was told to "put it on the blog!" So here goes… I know that I do not endorse unnatural things going into your body but occasionally you need to do things to help the process along i.e. taking preventative Excedrin in the morning to help with headaches before they happen for helping with stopping smoking.
