Good Afternoon
So all and all I feel like my weekend went fairly well with smoking. For starters Mother bought me smoke of those tooth picks we have been talking about and I was shocked at how big of a difference they made.
Before I forget I owe Kyle 1 round of 9 holes so far so don't let me forget!
My goal was 10 a day
Friday I smoked 9
Saturday I smoked 10
Sunday I smoked 7
I felt pretty good I got a couple of headaches through out the weekend but nothing that stuck for very long.
My goal this week is 9 per day
Today I have smoked 5 times a little interested to see how the rest of the day turns out because I am a little a head of where I wanted to be at the time of day. Anyway feeling great and looking forward to Kyle and I killing it again this week and looking forward to some more great advice.
P.S. Carlyn the snack idea why driving seems like something I could try out I will let you know how it goes thanks again!

Wow great job on Sunday! What was different about Sunday Pat? Maybe you could try keeping some sunflower seeds or something like that in your car.

DeleteI know your overall goal is to quit smoking, do you have a date that you want to be smoke free? I joined in on the blog a little late and haven't read every post so I apologize if it was stated somewhere from the first 2 posts to a few days ago.
ReplyDeleteI think it is great that your mom had such a great influence on you Sunday. Maybe being around family helps you not think about it as much..? Keep me posted on the snacks idea, I hope it aids the process.

ReplyDeleteJust checked in as I have been a little MIA over the last week. You are rocking it and you're getting closer and closer to your goal. Both you and Kyle are proof that taking it a day at a time is key.
