Here is a quick update on the food diary:
Monday:
Breakfast - Muscle Milk and nature valley protein bar
Snack - greek yogurt
Lunch - Zuppa Toscana and banana
Snack - Mixed nuts
Dinner - Broccoli grilled cheese sandwich
Tuesday:
Breakfast - Smoothie with almond milk, pb, strawberries, banana, blueberries, and protein
Lunch - Turkey sandwich, hummus with carrots and crackers
Snack - Mixed nuts and granola bar
Dinner - Green chili chicken enchiladas
Overall it was a decent couple of days. I felt like I was just super hungry all day yesterday and then overate in the daytime. I need to drink more water on those days I think. Still no Pepsi, thanks for the support when I was craving one yesterday. I don't think there is some magic reason why I crave one, why do people crave anything that they like? Just one of those days. Anyhow, today is a gameday and I am doing alright so far. Full report next time.

ReplyDeleteIt is a grilled cheese sandwich with steamed broccoli in the middle and mozzarella. I was skeptical but Kim's idea was excellent!
